Please, please read the article. American medical consumers are being so ripped off. This journalist, who trained to become a doctor, is trying to find out how and why our medical costs are so much higher than those in other countries and will come out with her report once she has completed her study. I hope this will be one of many steps toward more affordable health care here in the US. This is an apolitical issue as it affects all of us. Things CAN change for the better, but we must do our part by demanding that they do.
