Please pray for Sarah Dean, a nurse volunteering in Bolivia the past ten days. This afternoon, she and Phil Kittelson were travelling across the Uyuni Salt Flats when an SUV struck the bus they were in. Three occupants of the SUV were killed. The bus flipped on its side, trapping Sarahs hand between the bus and the ground (hardened salt). She was trapped for close to an hour before being freed. She is currently being evacuated in a chartered military plane from Uyuni to La Paz, scheduled to arrive approx. 10 PM Bolivia time. Pray for a miraculous intervention and for wisdom for all involved in her care and recovery.
