Please pray for me, I was notified of a settlement due to a foreclosure we had back in 2010...the Federal Banking Regulators brought a class act suit against 15 banks and each family involved received a settlement. I received our check back in December, but the check was written out to my husband and myself. He passed away 3 years ago. I had to send the check back for them to re-issue it in my name only ( with all the documents to verify this) So now, it has been 4 months...I call them often, and they keep saying it is in review...so today I call and was told it may be coming the end of this month, I am praying for them to finally release it.
