Please read: I post this every so often because life can throw curve balls and we are never promised tomorrow. I have pretty much dedicated my life to working with parrots, adopting, rescuing, taking in, training, rehoming, what have you. Working so extensively with them, I have formed a very strong bond with the birds in my care. Especially my lifers as I affectionately call them. That being said, in the past Ive had some health concerns, which, at the moment seem to be ok. But id rather prepare for the worst than have my guys hanging if something should happen. Now. I have 12 of my own birds. Mickey, one of my greys, already has a god parront and Im hoping the family who would be taking him (in the event of..) may possibly sign up for two more greys? I also believe Toni, my goffins would be going to stay with a family towards the HRM. Just looking for confirmations so I can get something a bit more formal written up. That still leaves me with the two possible greys, (angel and einstien) An eleanora cockatoo (kramer) who would need someone with large bird and cockatoo experience. A special needs mini macaw (kiwi) A senegal (poppy) A meyers (from Critic to cricket) Two bonded blue and gold macaws who need someone with experience dealing with aggression and large birds.(bugsie and caruso) A greenwing macaw who needs a gentle but firm and experienced handler (zora) A red lori who has some biting issues but is coming along (ruby) Please PM me for more info and feel free to share this post. Parrot experience is a MUST
