Please read this entire post all the way to the end before you get upset! I dont want anyone to get upset however, I would love to have my opinion heard :) I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to the Empire State Building for not going gold for our amazing fighters! Thank you for being a bunch of pansies for deleting comments of parents that have a child that has lost their lives or that is currently in the hardest battle that they will ever have to go through! Thank you for being jackasses and jerks! Because you refuse to go gold, you have helped to spread so much more awareness than ever could have been spread for these children. There have been so many places that have never lit up for anyone that are going gold for these kids, there are twitter posts, facebook posts, facebook pages, shirts, signs, and even news reports all about these amazing kids and there are so many people that support them! No, cancer parents dont have bunches of money to throw in your direction for you to light up for one night....they are spending their money on the kids that really matter! They are fighting for research, for cures, for their children to have a voice and for them to live! You know that is what it all comes down to, the money, seriously, the ninja turtles are more important than the human beings that would actually watch the movie?! I think not!! But again, I would like to thank you for not going gold! Maybe, in the near future you will see that you were wrong and cruel for not standing up for these children but you have helped these children to have more of an awareness month than they have ever had in the past....maybe next year, you will grow a brain and decide to join the rest of the world and GO GOLD!!!
