That power of thought-leadership and communication are the essential requisites of the world-class leaders. Great leaders dont discuss personalities; they discuss the core-matters concerning with their people. The eloquence, the sense of empathy for all classes, the admiration shown to the doers, the motivating force built into the delivery of that talk and in all are truly excellent and note-worthy. In my view, any Nation becomes an advanced nation, not necessarily on account of its wealth and riches & resources, but definitely so through its culture, spirit, ethics, discipline, persistence, attitude and the collective thought-leadership. Theres a great deal for our Indian leaders to do introspection, soul-searching and attitudinal improvement; and for the citizens too with more committed nationalistic thought & approach, discipline & cultural reforms and true patriotic fervour; and not with any couldnt careless & lackadaisical behaviour.
