Please see request below... Greetings, My name is Deb Goedeke and I am on the Board of Directors for the Bethlehem Tri Club, Delmar, NY…..I am in charge of all our winter/spring educational sessions. I have put together a KONA Panel for Sunday, April 27 in Delmar from 2 – 4pm…..one of my panelists just dropped out due to a family wedding in Grand Cayman Islands….ok, I guess that is a pass for sure….in any event, is there anyone from your club that has qualified and raced at Kona? We are about 7 minutes south outside of Albany…..the setup is 3 Kona Athletes on the Panel….each panelist has about 15 minutes to talk about their goals/races/nutrition/work-life balance/equipment/training, etc. leading up to the ultimate Kona Race….we would then do a Q&A afterwards….we normally garner 20-25 participants at each session…our club is a couple of years old.
