(Please share) High School Girls ~ as a new school year begins, so does peer pressure for many of you. I want to remind you of a few things ~ 1. your beautiful, and 2. You need to EAT to lose weight! As my Heavy-Hearts foundation grows, I hear the horror stories of teenage girls starving themselves, so to speak, in order to fit in and lose weight. I promise you this, if you deny your body the needed calories to even function, you will get the opposite results! I promise you that. I eat close to 3000 calories, and maintain 6-7 meals a day. So please know I eat, A LOT! When you do not provide your body with enough calories to function properly, and maintain lean muscle, your body will store fuel for when it needs it most, and your immune system will also nose dive. You create a lower level of Homeostasis. You need to become an efficient machine, and it starts with solid foods, consistently. If there is anyone who has an eating disorder such as this, please forward them to me, and my Heavy-Hearts team and I will help educate them. ~
