Please share: I am offering my fully furnished three bedroom home next to the Ann Wigmore Institute in Aguada (a hundred yard walk from the beach) for weekly rentals this winter season for a discount price. It will be available for for weekly rentals after January 15. If people book now, Ill rent it for $750 per week (which works out to about $35 per night, per bedroom.) The house has three bedrooms and two baths. It very comfortably slept six but and can sleep up to 8 people (if one couple is willing to sleep on the the very comfortable new sofa bed in the living room.) The master suite has a beautiful high end bath with jacuzzi tub. We have three kayaks, a surfboard and a couple of bikes to use. The house comes completely furnished with plates and silverware for eight, plus commercial Vulcan stove and ovens for family style cooking. The house is climate controlled for your comfort. It has full house broadband Wi-Fi, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are also many appliances on site including juices and blenders. All included. The house is right next to the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute, ten minutes from the best beaches of Rincon. It is 100 yard (two minute) walk down a quiet side street to beautiful beaches, perfect fit families with kids. It is located on Aguadas restaurant row with over a dozen restaurants in walking distance. The house is approximately 2,000 square feet and has a 700 square foot yoga deck on the back.
