Please share!! I do not know if Hope can help get the word out on this or not. I saw this dog in my Subdiviosn last Tuesday and then saw the posters a few days later. Aparently the dog ran away from an address on Pryor Valley sometime a month ago. The owner lives in lexington and had sold it to a lady in that area and she lost it and he wants to find it since shes not interested in it anymore. The story is a little strange from what he told me. Was seen on 6-20-13 Off of Brooks Hill Road and Orchard brook subdivision. *.LOST SHETLAND SHEEPDOG (Shepherdsville/Brookhill Rd/ Orchard Brook area) Tricolor (primarily black with tan and white) SHELTIE (miniature collie), about 15" at the shoulder, intact, 3 years old - missing in the Shepherdsville/Blue Lick area since at least May 21st (may be longer). Might be mistaken for a Border Collie. He is microchipped, but the chip is far down on his right side and is hard to find. The chip is registered with CAR. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE, but report the sighting immediately. If he comes to you, please keep him with you in a secure area and call us immediately. If he is injured, please take him to the nearest veterinarian -- bills will be paid by owner. He got away from the person who was keeping him over a month ago.
