Next Tuesday, August 26, at 1 pm, will be deemed the appeal filed by Institute of Human Rights Defenders – DDH against the sentence which condemned Rafael Vieira Braga to five years in prison and the payment of 10 days-fine for the alleged crime described in Article 16, III, of Law 10,826 / 03: possession of explosive material. He has been incarcerated since June 20, 2013, being the only person convicted criminally primarily in the context of the June protests journey in Brazil.
