Please share! This dog just ran out in front if my car Old Asheville Highway and could nit stop & hit it. It happen near the hospital & I am waiting at Sylva Animal Hospital for the vet. He has a collar, but no tags. His back leg(s?) are injured and there are some bloody spots. I told the vet I will pay the emergency visit. I cannot take this dog home. I am leaving him here. I hope the owner can be found. :( Why do people leave them running loose??? This should never have happened.
