Please share this post with everyone comrade! I am very upset right now. I just got off the phone with hosts of a popular black talk radio shows in NYC (I will not mention the names). These people told me that they understand violence in Newark, NJ, and in the black community in America, is out of control; but we can not have the organizers of the Funeral to Bury the Violence on our shows because they are booked up. They then ask me my why I did not contact them earlier in the week. I told them that I did family. In fact, I told them I called them back in September to ask if they could have the organizers of the Funeral on as guests to promote the anti-violence rally. I even sent countless emails requesting that these shows talk about the an up and coming major movement to address black on black violence in Newark spearheaded by grassroots leaders and some sincere conscious Hip Hop artists. They never got back to me until this week! They told me to wait until two weeks later to talk about the violence in Newark, NJ. Wow! Really! In two weeks! By then more black people will be killed in the streets of Newark, NJ and in America! My people are in bad shape! Therefore, please spread this message all over Facebook!!! This is all we got now! The Real State of Black America To you, Hotep! (Peace!) May this email find in the best of spirits! I am still broke up from all the killings this week in Newark, NJ! There have been 10-15 murders in the last 6 days, and still no outraged from anyone, nor any solutions from anybody! All of the victims have been black people! Unfortunately, black leaders, mainstream America, black America, NYC Hip Hop morning shows, NYC mainstream talk radio shows, NYC TV shows, NYC black talk shows, NYC Latino talk radio shows, elected officials, educators, and the clergy continue to simply ignore the pandemic disease of black on black violence (black self genocide) terrorizing the African American community in the city, particularly how black on black violence is impacting black children! This is just disgusting! Malcolm X, one of the worlds greatest leaders in Black and human history said it best, the words Negro , Nigger (or for the Hip Hop generation -Nigga) comes from the root Latin word necro, which means something dead! If this is true, and it is, then internally black people, and externally the world, believes that the black man, the black woman, and black children are already dead people. This is why we (black people) are considered non-humans, not worth any respect by anyone in the human family! Todays Hip Hop reflects this thinking better than any form of music in human history. Every day urban radio, Hip Hop corporate labels, and white -owned music distribution companies bombard the African American community, and the world, with the N-word without any push back from black people, white people, Latinos, Asians and the world. They do this because it perpetuates the psychological belief that black people are non-humans My African American community is in bad shape! The real state of Black America is in a crisis!
