This is Dr. Shahid Masood, one of the celebrated intellectuals of Pakistan who is not one of the run-of-the-mill hate-spewing mullahs of Pakistan everyone knows. Initially he describes how slitting throats is different from beheading as prescribed in Islam (how soothing!), and then he takes a fantastic leap of faith and says the Peshawar terrorists may actually have been Hindus because they incinerated a teacher, and as everyone should know, Hindus worship fire, therefore the terrorist must be a Hindu! Forget simpler explanations like maybe the terrorist might be avenging his wife who was probably incinerated in a Pakistani air-bombing attack!
