Please sign and forward the petition I started: Instruct the Justice Department: No immunity for Crimes Against Peace! In court papers filed Aug. 20, 2013*, the Department of Justice requested George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice and Paul Wolfowitz be granted procedural immunity in a case alleging that they planned and waged the Iraq War in violation of international law, stating they were acting within the legitimate scope of their employment. Conspiracy to initiate a war of aggression, manipulating political processes, misleading a fearful public, and foregoing proper legal authorization, do not constitute lawful employment duties for the American president and the cabinet.
