Please sort your Mapperley store out. (Nottingham) this review was from my dad this afternoon regarding an order we placed: Well where do I start! Firstly we went to place an order with a voucher to use online, only online it says you dont deliver to my address. Which you do as order all the time! So I phone to place an order to be told to order online as a collection and then phone back to change to delivery so the voucher could be used. I did exactly that. 90 min later....no order had arrived, called back to be told we hadnt collected and its been sat waiting! Obviously not happy and spoke to the manager who promised a free pizza next time and a bottle of coke with this order. 1 hour later....no order!!! Phoned back to be told they had created the wrong pizza and its now on its way...after complaining we get a refund and get to keep the order once it arrives. Order arrives....Surprise surprise 2 garlic breads missing and also no coke!! What an absolute joke of a company. Even the manager cant complete an order right. Oh and to top it off we find a stray piece of ham. Well we politely gave that to the delivery driver to deliver back to his manager! This is the 4th order in a row that has been messed up! Not happy!!!
