I am glad to be their associate & I would also like to do a tribute to my good friend who passed away 2009 due to nasal cancer. He is still deeply missed. Be Frank : Yogathon for Cancer Research “Face the sun, and let the shadows fall behind” Come join us for a relaxing morning of poses in the Be Frank : Yogathon. As yogis stand strong in warrior pose, bend into downward-facing dog and flow through vinyasas, they will not only be getting a relaxing workout but also doing a good cause of supporting cancer research through the BeFrank campaign by CARIF. Details of the event are as below : Date : 29th June 2013 (Saturday) Time : 9 am – 11 am Venue : Piano Lounge, Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) Registration : RM50 We all know someone who has been touched by cancer, join Joey Liang who lost her close friend to cancer and she hopes that we can find a cure. Come and strike a pose with Joey Liang, yoga instructor from Serenity Yoga in support of those impacted by cancer and to raise funds for cancer research. All proceeds from the RM50 registration per person will go towards cancer research and outreach programmes at the Cancer Research Initiatives Foundation (CARIF).
