Please take a minute to read this blog by a friend. Movies like Annie give a sweet romantic view of adoption. Other movies and stories give nightmares view. I have friends how have survived really tough times with children and others who have not. But I do know that during the darkest times, the hardest gorge that needs climbing out miracles happen. They may not be seen for a time but they are there. Learning to forgive - choosing to forgive as an act of obedience rather than a feeling to do so bring great unmeasurable rewards. And these too take time. Being faithful, persistent, persevering, humble, graceful, merciful and willing to forgive no matter what will bring great rewards to us but probably most important in us. Celebrate the trials and tribulations of last year. Trust that a good work is being done in and trough you. Seek the beauty that is scattered along the way. It may be a babies smile or the blue sky greeting you in the morning but it is there. Happy New Years dear friends and family..
