Please tell me who is the contractor that won the tender process (wishful thinking) to landscape (plant nice flowers) on the median from Chaguanas to Charlieville, I have a few questions for him/her: 1. Do you have to plant these flowers in the day when the highway is most in use? 2. Was it smart to plant these flowers in the dry season? 3. Was this contract over a million dollars? (If so I went to school for nothing) 4. When are you going to water these plants? Will this cause more traffic? 5. Is taking your plants and planting them in my front yard illegal? are these shrubs drought resistant is what i wanna add
