Please use caution as you travel and shovel your walks and driveways today, as the roads are still packed with heavy, slushy snow and sleet, particularly on secondary and tertiary roads. Clearly, the citys response to the recent inclement weather has been sub par and haphazard at best. As a result, I encourage you to contact my local offices in Staten Island and Brooklyn to report un-plowed streets and dangerous conditions so that my staff can work with the Dept. of Sanitation and other city agencies to expedite the cleanup.
