It was a gathering place for the resurrected saints of the Bible and many other major saints not mentioned. Consider the Dallas Church and the many personalities there. Consider David Teague. He was/is the resurrected/reincarnated Abraham. Remember Andrea Springfield? She was Sarah. How about Mark Cardonas wife, Sandy? She was Keturah. And Mark Cardona was one of many sons born by Keturah to Abraham back then. Today, of course, Mark and Sandy are husband and wife. And Judy Bishop, a student at Ambassador College (Big Sandy) at the time, was Hagar. How about Glenn Menzie, the fellow who married Lulubel Mahon? He was Abrahams faithful servant Eliezer of Damascus (See Genesis 15:2) who went to fetch a wife for Isaac. Oh, you remember me? Russell Gregory Thatcher. I was Isaac. And Rebecca (Becky) Thatcher, my sister in this life, was Rebekah, my wife then. The woman who accompanied Rebekah back then was Debra -- today she served as my mother Doris Lillian Collins. Russell Sylvester Thatcher, my father in this life, was Jacob whose name was changed to Israel. Remember Alex Mitchell? He was Lot. And how about Becky Rhome and Jennifer Coffee. They were Alex Mitchell’s daughters way back then -- over 4,400 years ago. And Michael Reed was Ishmael, my half-brother back then. How about Jack Hertzog? He was Cain who slew Able. And Dale Bynum was Able back then. Remember the guy who married Janet Geer? And what did Cain say back then when asked by God if he knew where his brother was? “I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper.” Jack Hertzog is his Brothers Keeper today. He will, if necessary, give you the jacket off his own back. I am witness to this because I was very close to Jack Hertzog. We were brotherly friends! And Bill Ware...Remember him? What a wonderful fatherly person he was to us young men. He was the father of Abraham back then. His name was Terah. Herbert W. Armstrong was Melchizedek king of Salem, priest of the most high God. And Garner Ted Armstrong was the Man -- God of Ur of the Chaldees >>> NANNAR. Another ancient name for Him would be INDRA who is associated with rain and thunderbolts, who came down with two angels to investigate those two wicked cities, Sodom and Gomorrah, Sodom being the one in which Lot lived. Genesis 19:24 says, “Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah (rained) brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven.” Wonder who you were, Tina? Or Ozzie? How about Guy Engelbart? [Ozzie Engelbart was preaching elder attached to the Dallas Church. This data compiled and sent to Tina Engelbart. Her husband Ozzie died some years back.] Consider the Denver Church that Guy Engelbart was pastor over. There Adam and Eve went to Church. A man named Jack Cameron was Adam. Jack was a central personality in that Church. And a beautiful young woman named Nancy Fleitas was the ancient Eve. She was later, in another incarnation, one of Jacobs wives (Bilhah, the handmaid to Rachel). Rachels name today is Jan Cameron and she also went to the Denver Church. I met Leah there, too. She came up from the Houston Church. Leah’s name today is Faith Ling (maiden). The last I saw her (about 15 years ago), she was still attending the Houston Church. The man born to Adam and Eve after the slaying of Able and the banishment of Cain was Seth. Notice that the scripture says of Seth that Adam “…begat a son in his own likeness, after his image.” Seth’s name today is Art Ferdig. He was almost the spitting image of Jack Cameron circa the early 1970s. He went to the Denver Church. Jan Cameron worked for Dr. Elmer J. Pickett, an optometrist, who was also in the Denver Church. 4,400 years ago, his name was Laban, the brother of Rebekah. Later he was the father of Rachel and Leah and was in a domestic drama with Jacob a generation later. When Faith Ling, who then was Leah, came up to visit Denver, she stayed as a guest of Dr. Picket and his wife. Small world! And wonderous! All these memories are from 1970 to 1974 when I lived in Denver and attended the Worldwide Church of God there. Now consider the Houston Church. That is where I first attended the Worldwide Church of God. Reuben, Jacob’s eldest firstborn son attended church there. I went to Alvin High School with him. We graduated the same year – 1965. His name today is Charlie Thomas. He played high school baseball with Nolan Ryan – the future great professional baseball pitcher. We all three graduated the same year. Nolan Ryan was Judah! Oh, I could go on and on, but does anyone give a flip? How about the great actor and director of great movies in Hollywood – Mel Gibson? He was Barabbas! Remember he was the prisoner freed instead of Jesus. And what about Joseph, Jacob’s favorite son. Today his name is Leland Bolton. No, he wasn’t in the Worldwide Church of God, but he is a friend of mine. One of his most famous lives in relative modern times was a Sam Houston in Texas. He is still here! And his brother Gary Bolton served with me in the National Guard. He was Benjamin. The two are brothers TODAY as they were then. Wouldn’t you want to know who Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Daniel are today? And what they are doing? Come on. Wouldn’t you? Isaiah was Lt. Col. Jack Mohr, a prolific writer on Bible issues and real politics. How about Jeremiah? He today is Louis Beam of Klan fame, especially in Texas. During Christs time he was the prophet Silas, and at the Alamo in Texas he was Travis. You see, he stood up for America and Western European values -- namely the White People of the World, mostly descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel. Louis was a close associate of Col. Mohr and me! And Ezekiel? I, Russell G. Thatcher played that role in the Old Testament. And Daniel today is none other than my younger brother (Major -- ret.) Paul Clinton Thatcher who went on to become the top bombardier in the US Air Force and the world in allied competition in 1975. He flew with SAC (the Strategic Air Command). His 3 sons are the resurrected Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. Who is the Apostle Paul? He is the most dynamic and intense person I ever knew. His name today is Michael Breda. He headed up the Nazi Party (NSWWP) in Houston from 1974 to 1976. How about Zerubbabel? He became the resurrected Adolf Hitler. Hey, what about Hercules, a major figure in “mythology”. He was real!!!! Arnold Schwarzenegger is his name today. How about the best king Judah ever had – Hezekiah? His name today is Duke Hess, but he hasnt bloomed forth yet and established a presence. And what about Alexander, the Great? Today, he is the well known conservative politician and educator David Duke of Louisiana. I have interacted with all these people today. Even Hitler walks the earth today. What about Benjamin Franklin. He was Jethro, the father-in-law of Moses. And Moses was later George Washington. And Aaron was later Thomas Jefferson. And John Adams was Hobab, the ancient son of Jethro. And I know them today. You would think this would be exciting information. The “BABY BOOM” at the end of World War II was the Great Resurrection spoken of in the Bible. How about BEING BORN AGAIN! Russell Gregory Thatcher, was born on November 13th, 1946.
