Please watch this ! I came across this clip a few months ago and loved the message. After viewing it I felt a sense of shame and realized how negatively conditioned I had become. I cant believe that I have done exactly this in the past. You might also identify with it when you watch it. I believe in the abilities, worth and strength of women. I also believe a fit women is a strong women. Lets take some inspiration off the young girls within the clip and lets change our way of thinking. Its about time this misconception was put to bed. We are strong, powerful women and we have the ability to do some wonderful things in life. This is the message behind Empowa. Its a message that I feel strongly about and a message that I wish to harness within the community of my members. I also think that as women we really do need to support each other by lifting each other up, not tearing each other down.
