Lacu Sarat Shelter is a modern one, their efforts and financial support have given very good results. The spay and neuter campaigns can make you proud, as the mayor of this city. But Dog Rescue Shelter needs time to continue their dedicated work. The killings of the stray dogs are the worst possible solution, they go on and on and every year people abandon pups and dogs again and again. The only permanent way to deal with the problem is to spay and neuter, and the education of the people. Please don t distroy the work of Dog Rescue Shelter, don t distroy the trust they put in you as a mayor. Doctor Rudi Hofmann is a very well-known animal activist, in Switzerland, in Germany, in Great Britain, as you could experience personally.
