Police Blotter 3/3/14 - 3/4/14 A female complainant staying at a Maple Drive motel reported receiving a phone call from a male stating that someone was about to break into her room. Patrols checked the area, all appeared in order. Patrol reported that due to an earlier breach in the motels phone system, random harassing phone calls were being made to various rooms. The complainant did not feel safe and wanted to leave the motel. Patrol escorted her to her vehicle and she left the area. Patrol arrested a 25 year old male subject on a Village of Lancaster warrant. Officers responded to 4 motor vehicle accidents. A complainant from Broadway reported that a sign and lawn were damaged by an unknown vehicle over the weekend. Lancaster dispatch handled 15 requests for emergency medical services. A complainant from Hidden Trail reported a larceny of jewelry. Patrols responded to 4 alarm calls. A complainant reported a license plate was stolen off his vehicle while it was parked in a lot on Genesee Street. A Lancaster building inspector reported finding multiple pills and hypodermic needles while inspecting a residence on Hess Place. Patrol responded to pick up and safely dispose of the items.
