Police Investigate Attempted Home Invasion on Mott Street On Friday, January 17, 2014 at approximately 12:30 AM Worcester police were called to a Mott Street apartment for a report of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers met with a 23-year old male tenant who stated that he heard someone trying to kick in his door. A 20-year-old female tenant reported that she heard two gunshots in the hallway. Officers observed significant damage to the door along with two bullet holes. There were no reported injuries. Officers have a limited suspect description at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
