Police appeal for information after teenagers robbed by man with gun – Nowra About 12:20am, Sunday 12 October 2014, a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old girl were walking south along Berry Street when a silver sedan drove past them a number of times. A short time later a man ran across the road and threatened them with a pistol. They were forced to get on the ground and hand over their wallets and mobile phones before the man fled the scene. The teens were not injured during the robbery and went to Nowra Police Station where they reported the incident. Detectives are now investigating the matter and are looking for a man described as being 175 – 180cm tall with a thin build, a tanned complexion and wearing a black balaclava, black gloves and dark clothing. Investigators would also like to speak to any other witnesses as well as the occupants of the silver sedan which has been described as having a large spoiler on the boot.
