Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash in Otford near Wollongong yesterday. About 1.50pm (Sunday 19 January 2014), emergency services were called to Lady Wakehurst Drive. On arrival, officers from Wollongong Local Area Command found the body of a 38-year-old man. Police have been told he was riding his motorbike north on Lady Wakehurst Drive, has overtaken three cars on the incorrect side of the road, he appeared to lose control and hit an embankment and tree. Investigation is being commenced into the circumstances surrounding the crash. A brief will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
