Police are investigating the robbery of a pizza delivery driver on the south coast last night. About 11.20pm (Saturday 21 June), the 22-year-old man went to a house on Antares Close in Nowra to deliver a pizza. The occupants of the home told the driver they had not placed an order. When the driver was walking back to his car, he was approached by two males. One was armed with a metal bar. The driver was forced to hand over cash and pizzas. The victim was then elbowed to the face. The two males fled the scene through nearby bushes. Police from Shoalhaven Local Area Command are investigating the robbery and have descriptions of the two males involved. One male was aged about 18 to 19 years, Caucasian appearance, 175cm tall, long blond hair and wearing a dark coloured hooded jumper. The other is also Caucasian appearance, 16 to 17 years, 175cm tall and wearing a dark coloured hooded jumper and hat.
