Police are taught to shoot to kill, when threatened. Aim for center mass is the teaching to law enforcement. So if a police officer is approached by a person with a sharp pipe and the person refuses to stop, the police officer is permitted to shoot the person...aiming to kill. We accept this in our society. There is no guarantee that the person with the sharp pipe will kill the officer, death is only a possibility but we accept that a police officer can indeed legally execute the offender. All vaccine inserts declare that each vaccine can kill so according to what rights police officers are granted, all citizens could justify the use of deadly force againat any health professional, if they ever attempted to force vaccinate any citizen.
