Police are trying to track down a man who has gone missing from the John Howard Centre, a secure mental health unit in Kenworthy Road, Homerton in Hackney. Police have warned members of the public not to approach James Frank Lisbon, 34 - who is the subject of a hospital order. He went missing four days ago on Sunday August 4 after failing to return from unescorted leave. Why the f was he out on unescorted leave if he is un approachable & obviously a risk to members of the public ??? what if he approaches us??? ......
