Police from the Wollongong TAG Unit and General Duties arrested three young males during and break enter and steal at a residence in Gipps street Gwynneville during the morning of 22/1/15. Acting on information from a witness who observed the three young males enter the premises by forcing open a window Police immediately responded to the location. Upon arrival Police apprehended the three young males whilst they where still inside and throwing stolen items from a window contained in a backpack including 2 laptop computers and a digital camera. All three were conveyed to Wollongong Police Station where they were subsequently charged with a number of offences. Two of the young males were later released on strict bail conditions for them to appear at Port Kembla Court at a later date. The third young male had his bail refused for his involvement in the incident and remained in custody. Excellent work by the Police involved for their response to the incident and a job well done by the witness who immediately contacted Police upon observing the suspicious behaviour of the three young offenders.
