Police have charged a man with manslaughter after an altercation last night in Holbrook. Police were called to a home on Culcairn-Holbrook Road, about 8pm (Tuesday 8 April 2014), following reports that two men had been involved in an altercation and one man was injured. Upon arrival, officers from Albury Local Area Command located a 35-year-old man deceased in the driveway of the property. An investigation was commenced and a crime scene established. A 52-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Holbrook Police Station. He was charged with manslaughter and refused bail to appear at Albury Local Court today (Wednesday 9 April 2014).
