Police have charged after another man was allegedly struck with a schooner glass at a hotel in Mount Annan during the week. About 6.45pm on Tuesday 5 November 2013, police have been told a verbal argument developed between a 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old man at a hotel on Main Street, Mount Annan. The altercation deteriorated into a brawl and the 20-year-old man was struck on his arm with a schooner glass. The injured man was taken to Campbelltown Hospital and received surgery to lacerations on his right arm. Police from Camden Local Area Command attended the location and commenced an investigation. At 9.20am, Friday 8 November 2013, officers attended an address at Plowman Road, Currans Hill and arrested the 18-year-old man. He was taken to Narellan Police Station where he was charged with reckless wounding and affray. He attended Campbelltown Local Court today where he was given conditional bail to reappear on Monday 2 December 2013. Investigations are continuing.
