Police have released images of a man who may be able to assist with an investigation into the theft of a bag from a woman at Gailes on April 9. A woman travelling on a train had her hand bag taken by a man when the train stopped at Gailes railway station. The woman attempted to maintain a hold of her bag but it was pulled from her grasp. The man then ran from the train with the bag and was last seen running across the overpass towards Old Logan Road. The woman was not physically injured. The man is described as 168cm tall, of average build and Caucasian appearance with dark brown hair. He was wearing a black and white cap, three-quarter length beige shorts and was carrying a skateboard. If anyone recognises the man pictured they are asked to contact Crime Stoppers. mypolice.qld.gov.au/ipswich/2014/06/05/robbery-gailes/
