Police in Rocky Mount and Roanoke County, Virginia are working together to find a missing 16-year-old boy. Zhenya Prokopchak was last seen in the Clearbrook area of Southwest Roanoke County on November 3, 2013. A family spokesperson says that after two weeks without contact with his family or friends surveillance video from Rocky Mounts WalMart store shows Zhenya with two men. Rocky Mount Police Chief David Cundiff says, A friend spotted Zhenya Prokopchak at Wal-Mart in Rocky Mount last night and confronted him. Police pulled the surveillance and the parents confirmed it was Zhenya on the tape. Zhenyas parents do not recognize the two men their son is seen with on the tape and are concerned for his safety. One of the men in the video is described as being in his twenties and the other in his fifties. The two men left the store with Zhenya immediately after his former classmate approached them. Zhenya is described as a white male approximately 5’6” tall, weighs 123 lbs, with blond hair and brown eyes. Zhenya was last seen wearing a camouflage baseball cap, a navy blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans. Zhenya is also believed to be carrying a black backpack.
