Police investigate after pedestrian hit by ambulance – Kensington A woman has been hospitalised after she was hit by an ambulance in Kensington. About 6.25pm yesterday (Tuesday 22 April 2014), an ambulance was travelling south along Anzac Parade when a woman reportedly stepped out onto the road and was hit by the vehicle. The 23-year-old woman suffered serious injuries to her leg, arm and face. She was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital where she remains in a stable condition. A crime scene was established and examined by forensic specialists. Investigators continue to conduct inquiries into the incident. Police are urging anyone with information about this incident to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or use the Crime Stoppers online reporting page: https://www1.police.nsw.gov.au/.
