Police investigate after pedestrian hit by ambulance – Kensington A woman has been hospitalised after she was hit by an ambulance in Kensington. About 6.25pm yesterday (Tuesday 22 April 2014), an ambulance was travelling south along Anzac Parade when a woman reportedly stepped out onto the road and was hit by the vehicle. The 23-year-old woman suffered serious injuries to her leg, arm and face. She was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital where she remains in a stable condition. A crime scene was established and examined by forensic specialists. Investigators continue to conduct inquiries into the incident.
