Police lodged counter FIR’s on the allegation of kidnappings: Srinagar, March 26: Bandipora police received a complaint on 24/03/2014 that one person namely Ashfaq Ahmad Bhat son of Mohammad Yousaf Bhat resident of Vijhara Bandipora has been kidnapped by one Mohammad Sadiq Dar and others of Bonkote, Bandipora. On this a case FIR No 45/2014, under section 346 RPC, was lodged in police station Bandipora. Meanwhile, Mohammad Sadeeq Dar resident of Bonkote also reported a complaint that her daughter (name with held) has been kidnapped by Ashfaq Ahmad Bhat son of Mohammad Yousaf Bhat resident of Vijhara Bandipora. In this regard police station Bandipora lodged a case FIR No. 46/2014 under section 341,366 and 511 RPC. Both the case FIR’s were registered on 25/03/2014. Police started search for both the persons. Today morning Ashfaq Ahmed Bhat has been found and was hospitalized. The girl has also returned back to her home. Reportedly there is some animosity between the two families. Police is looking into all angles and investigation is on.
