Police net session judge for ‘killing’ judge’s son March 05, 2014 INP Police net session judge for ‘killing’ judge’s son KARACHI - Police on Tuesday arrested Mitti Session Judge, Sikandar Lashari on the suspicion of his involvement in the killing of Aqib Shahani, son of Session Judge Jacobabad Khalid Shahani. Earlier, the Sindh High Court chief justice ordered removal of Sikandar Lashari for his alleged involvement in the murder. The CJ also directed the police to interrogate Sikandar Lashari in the murder. Aqib Shahani son of Session Judge Jacobabad was shot dead in a target killing in Hyderabad few days ago. Heirs of Aqib Shahani in a statement recorded with the police had stated that the deceased loved with the daughter of Sikandar Lashari and doubted that he could be involved in the killing.
