Policeman committs suicide by service revolver Ambala, Nov 28 ; An ASI posted at Parau police station, Ambala Cantonment committed suicide on the PS premises early today. The deceased, Karan Singh, killed himself by shooting at his neck with the service revolver in the common room of police staff. He died on the spot. On listening the shots, other police personnel rushed for the rescue of Karan Singh but he had died by then. The deceased was under tension after he was booked for a rape case on the complaint of a woman named Balwinder Kaur resident of village Siwan Majra under PS Barara.
