Polite Notice: I wont be available for collections today, I had a not so nice voicemail this morning that a customer had called and no answer, I did not arrange any collections for today and I would prefer that customers collecting only call to my house having made arrangements with me for a day & time that suits both parties, increasingly Im finding people just arrive at my home without making prior arrangements with me, or if having made arrangements to call at a certain time do not turn up but instead arrive hours after the arranged collection time. This is not aimed at anyone in particular as it happens nearly all the time so on that note collections will now be by appointment only and if you arrange to collect at 9am then please be on time or within reason as it delays me if I need to pop out and really is not fair Ive spent days waiting on people who never arrive. If you made an appointment with a doctor you wouldnt arrive 4 hours after your appointment time and expect to be seen. Its just common courtesy & if you cant make it to at least let me know. Sorry for the long mini rant just very disappointed to find such a rude message this morning. x
