Polling all musicians! I need your help! I am looking for at least 10 instrumentalists for each instrument to answer some questions about injury. Im looking for ALL instrumentalists. If youre interested in helping me out, please respond below or PM me; the questions are these: 1) have you ever been injured? 2) What were the injuries and how were they sustained? 3) have you found relief or did the issues resolved? 4) If so, what did you do? 5) Do you know anyone else in your field who has been injured and if so, what are their responses to the above questions? 6) What is the most common complaint you hear among your fellow instrumentalists in regards to injury or playing-related pain? 7) If you knew of someone who could help your fellow musicians, what would be the best way to get the information to them? 8) What are you looking for in the way of injury prevention or care?
