Poor Customer Service Warning: Do not buy anything from Scuba. In November I purchased these boots, shipping included in the price. When I tried them on, they were one size smaller than the boots I was replacing, same exact boot and size. Scuba said they would exchange them and pay my return shipping because they called them defective. I paid via PAYPAL. After I paid to ship them back, they did refund my shipping via Paypal. Then I decided to cancel the replacement boots because they said I would not get them until late January, which is unacceptable to me as it would be over another month of waiting. They then refunded the balance within PayPal totaling the actual purchase price of $59.95. Basically, I am out of the shipping costs. After confronting them about it, they simply say look at our policy for refunds. NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING. PayPal cannot do anything about this because they basically refunded me the purchase price but they got away with not refunding me the actual return shipping. So, they got their boots back and I lost out. I would have never shipped them back if their customer service was honest. So, if you buy ANYTHING from them that is defective you will lose out on shipping back their problem. I will never recommend their company for anything again and warn you not to purchase from them.
