Poor English speaking Telstra call centre staff who promise to ring back & 3 months later, I am still waiting. Have I missed something here, but is this the new business time line rule? On the rare occasion when they have returned calls (eventually) , I couldnt understand their very poor language skills or I couldnt get an answer because it didnt correspond with their rhetorical scripted feedback. Apparently my questions didnt fit their scripted answers. Am I the only one who experiences this whilst Telstra makes billions of dollars profit?
