Poor little Austin is sick with a nasty cough. Went to pediatrician this morning and she thinks it is just a minor cold virus. His lungs sound clear and the congestion is all nasal at this point. She swabbed his nose for pertussis. We get results tomorrow. She doesnt think its pertussis because I was vaccinated during pregnancy and he has his first shot a week ago, but of course vaccines are not 100 proof. Please pray for little Austin that he does not have it as it is very dangerous for his age.
