Pork Fried Rice Ingredients: 1 pound of pork (or chicken or beef) 8 cups of cooked rice 2 cups of shredded cabbage 1 large onion, diced 1 cup of carrots, finely diced 3/4 cup of green onions, sliced 4 eggs, beaten Salt Garlic Celery salt 4 TBS soy sauce & 1/4 cup soy sauce Prepare rice (or use left over rice). Cut pork into small cubes, with a little bit of oil panfry until thoroughly cooked. Add 4 TBS of soy sauce, garlic, celery seed, continue cooking for several minutes. Remove from pan. While meat is cooking, chop onion, carrots and cabbage. Cook vegetables with a little oil, until tender. Add eggs, stirring continuously, until they are completely cooked. In a bowl, mix together meat, vegetable/eggs and rice, green onions and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Mix well. In small batches return to hot pan, with a little bit of oil and cook until rice starts to brown just a little. Add salt to taste and more soy sauce if desired. Stir well and remove from pan. Repeat until all the rice is cooked.
