Portfolio Analytics & Risk Sales EMEA Job (London, GBR): Job Requisition Number:40351 The Role: Bloomberg is looking for a number of highly motivated, financially astute and experienced sales people to join our rapidly expanding Portfolio and Risk Analytics team. You will be responsible for representing the suite of Equity & Fixed Income Portfolio Management Analytics as well as Bloomberg Professional solutions to both potential and existing clients, including the top tier of financial institutions around EMEA. With a consultative approach, you will identify our clients needs and demonstrate how Portfolio Analytics and Risk solutions will help them make the best investment/trading decisions. This role interacts with multiple business areas and requires strong communication and time management skills as well as a confident, team playing, client focused individual. Travel is required. Requirements: -Proven Sales/Relationship Management experience. -Working in or selling to the buy-side i.e. pension funds, investment advisors or mutual funds. -Proven consultative sales and customer relationship skills. -English plus another European language would be a plus but not essential. -Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships. -Equity and Fixed Income market experience. -Ability to identify new prospects and build and maintain solid client relationships. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Aptitude to excel in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment. -A self-starter and proactive team player with strong multi-tasking skills. - Aiming to work their way towards CFA, FRM or CIPM would be a plus but not essential.
