Portrait of a Republic of the People, for the People, and by the People of the united States of America Portrait of a Republic of the People, for the People, and by the People of the united States of America on this day November nineteenth, two thousand thirteen, as the following truths are set forth to establish, protect, preserve and secure rights freely given to us by the Creator: life, liberty, equity and trial by jury for all individuals within a proper functioning Republic. Individuals are guided by the Creator, utilize common sense, are referred to in a Republic as the People, and are the first branch of governance; The People are sovereign, and are sovereign individuals within their villages, cities, counties and states, and remain so when all the states unite to form a union for the Republic. The People are the Executors and Beneficiaries for and by the Republic who delegate authority to Trusties, those who provide a civil service for and by the People. The People are the supreme authority in a Republic, and make decisions as a village united, city united, county united, state united, and a nation united, utilizing a voting process whereas the majority vote rules; In a Republic, it is common law of a society, the Peoples’ Constitution: un-codified, un-sanctioned, and non-statute laws of the judicial, legislative and executive branches, which govern People, as laws of common are the Peoples’ laws, and such laws in any society will over time be modernized to suit the needs of a society, so such a society can peacefully evolve within a Republic, in order to protect, preserve and secure life, liberty, equity and trails by jury, for future generations; When the People become the fourth branch of governance, and the three branches assume the role of the first branch, and when this branch desires to no longer protect the People from foreign and domestic threats, and instead, protects itself from the People, it is the duty of the People to do as they see fit to establish, protect, preserve and secure rights freely given to them by the Creator; Elements required establishing a proper functioning Republic consists of: a working government, in which the People satisfy this element; a working jurisprudence system, in which the common law courts satisfy this element; a working enforcement of law, in which the People and the sheriffs satisfy this element; a working monetary system, in which an economy based upon the scientific principles of Benjamin Franklin satisfy this element; and a location to conduct the daily functions of the Republic, in order to protect, preserve and secure the nation and the rights of the People, and in such a place located within the nation, allowing People short travel to, but difficulties in the event of foreign invasion will satisfy this element; Revolution is not a legal right under a government, and mocking tyrants would not accord revolution to mankind; revolution is only a natural right when the time comes to overturn a government. The government itself never acknowledges this right, and the right to revolt is practically established only when and because the government no longer exists to call it in question. Therefore, the right of revolution can be exercised with impunity only when it is exercised victoriously; All unsuccessful attempts at revolution (however justifiable in themselves) are punished as treason, if the government be requested to judge the act of treason. The government itself never admits the injustice of its laws as a legal defense for those who have attempted a revolution and failed. Therefore, the right of revolution is a right of no practical value, except for those who are stronger than the government; So long as government oppression is kept within such acceptable limits as simply to not exasperate against government a power greater than its own, the right of revolution cannot be appealed to, and therefor is inapplicable to the case of treason. This affords a wide field of oppression to tyranny. If a jury cannot intervene in a case of treason, the oppressed are utterly defenseless if they revolt. It is manifest that the only security against government tyranny lies in forcible resistance to the execution of the injustice; because the injustice will certainly be executed, unless it be forcibly resisted. If government injustice is allowed to be executed into law, it must then be accepted; for the government never makes compensation for its own wrongs;
