Job Description : • Assisting and supporting in the general administration jobs in the office. • Providing clerical supports to the Finance unit of the office, in support of offices financial needs. • Handling general business correspondences, correspondences with government departments • Providing support to very basic trouble shooting of office automation equipment when necessary • Assisting in general purchases of offices stationeries, pantry supplies, etc in accordance to official guidelines. • Assisting in the banking transactions, billings, payment for utilities in support of the finance unit. • Attending to walk-in guests, and responding to the inquiry of the Korean customers / Malaysian companies on trade investment related queries. • Providing assistance in the despatch and distribution of letters / correspondence to office workers. • Attending to all incoming calls and directing the calls / queries to relevant officers / divisions. • Job Requirements : • Preferably Diploma holders ( of any field of study) / School Leavers of STPM / A-Levels qualification. • Candidates with past working experiences in the office administration or financial clerical fields will be ADDED Advantage. • Must be Malaysian and able to communicate in both spoken and written Chinese language. • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. • Language literacy : English, Chinese • Must be dedicated person who are hardworking and possess good LEARNING attitude.
