Position: Director Treasury and Investor Relations Job Responsibilities • Responsible for all cash and investing functions of the company and its subsidiaries and the investor functions for the company and its subsidiaries; • Coordinate the company and its subsidiaries cash functions including cash positioning, cash reporting, wire payments, foreign currency management, bank account setup, maintenance and bank relationship management; • Coordinate the company and its subsidiaries investing functions including research analysis, reporting and management; • Manage and act as administrator for all online banking platforms; • Assist in capital market transactions as required; • Assist in implementation and maintenance of global treasury workstation; • Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required by management; • Consistently maintains proper internal controls and ensures compliance with laws, regulations company policies and debt documents; • Assists the company’s VP of Investor Relations with coordination of investor visits/tours of Macau, and introductory investor calls; • Assist with the review process for the Macau portion of various investor reports (earnings release annual reports, etc.); • Assist with regular evaluation of the company’s shareholder base and outreach efforts; • Ensures that all monthly and quarterly requirements are met timely and accurately. Job Requirements • Minimum 8 years of related experience; • Bachelor’s degree in Business studies, Finance or related discipline; • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; • High level of responsibility.
