Position: Field Support Executive No of Positions: 5 WALK IN INTERVIEW SESSION: 11-13 August 2014. Address: Wi-tribe office, 1st Floor, Blue Mall, 8 MM Alam Road, Lahore Summary of position: Provide technical support by visiting customer premises to troubleshoot and fix technical issues faced by users, ensuring effective resolution of customer complaints. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To conduct timely field visits to support customers at their premises. To ensure obtaining all relevant information from CC-L2 required in order to perform effective field visits. Perform all necessary steps at customer premises to resolve complaints within timelines. Prepare and maintain activity track to be used by Team Lead for effective reporting. To upsell company’s image through “customer first policy” and “timely response”. To meet all the targets assigned on individual level as well as team level. Required Competencies: Ideal candidate will have a good understanding of computers, networking and wireless systems, especially WiMAX. Must be a good team player. Must be prepared for field activities routine. Should have good communication skills and customer-facing temperament, as the position requires regular interaction with customers on daily basis. Good skills in MS Excel. Knowledge of company products, services and policies. Education and/or Experience: Should have a minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Computers or telecom technologies. 01 year of field experience in handling technical complaints preferably in an ISP sector, however fresh candidates with strong telecom / troubleshooting knowledge may also apply.
